Imec’s researchers – including those at affiliated university research groups – publish their scientific results in a wide variety of highly regarded journals, books, conference proceedings, etc. It amounts to over 1.800 of publications each year.

Imec subscribes to the ‘open science’ policy of the Flemish government and the EU, which states that scientific research that is financed by public funds should be open to everyone. Open access to publications is part of that policy. Which means that a lot of the content in this database can be consulted free of charge.
