Coordinate the stock flow between site and External Warehouse (and via versa). Acts as the full authority and representative of imec at the external warehouse.

The assignment
- Executes in an accurate manner tasks concerning administration aspect of goods that are received, stocked, delivered to internal customers Coordinate the stock flow between site and External Warehouse (and via versa)
- Acts as the full authority and representative of imec at the external warehouse
- Receipt of goods: SAP administration of goods receipt, inspect goods for outer damage and report possible issues,
- Initiate and coordinate transfers from External Warehouse to Leuven site for daily deliveries.
- Storage of goods :make sure that goods are stored and registered in the appropriate location, take care of stock counting
- Capable of teamwork and leading a team of 1/2 external party working for imec
- Ensures cleanliness and order in the warehouse, and strictly follows all safety instructions
- Contribute the cross functional/warehouse projects
Required knowledge and skills
- You work efficiently, accurately and neatly and have an eye for safety
- Must be trustworthy and have a high responsibility understanding
- Your team spirit guarantees a flexible working arrangement
- A few years of experience and/or (technical) training will help you adapt quickly to the job
- You speak fluent Dutch and knowledge of English. A certificate for operation of an electric stacker and forklift driving license is a plus.
- You preferably have several years of experience in administrative processing, experience with SAP/ERP is a plus.
- You will be part of an experience and dynamic team in which you can further develop yourself.
- Work location will be Tienen for full time.
