R&D Engineer (EUV HNA Customer Project)

What you will do

As R&D Engineer, you act as the primary interface between external customers from Foundries/IDM and the ASML High NA EUV Lithography Lab. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to supporting customers, understanding their needs, collaborating with them to define experimental plans, and occasionally hosting them in the HNA Lab cleanroom during their experiments. To achieve this, you will regularly travel to ASML Veldhoven (Netherland) for face-to-face meetings with customers and the operational teams of the HNA Lab.

You will closely collaborate with external customers who want to conduct experiments in the ASML High NA lab. Your role involves translating the customers' needs into clear instructions for the lab operation team to execute the experiments. You will monitor the experimental work carefully, ensuring the quality of the work and meeting customer schedule. You are open to suggestions from customers and operational teams, providing constructive feedback to the High NA team, and accurately reporting to the external customer. Precision, sense of urgent and quality are essential in this high-tech environment.
